A problem to describe
How do I get software built if I am not technical?
Describe the problem in plain words: what happens today, what should happen instead, and where the work gets stuck. You do not need to name a tool or a feature. A good builder turns that description into a written scope and a price you can approve, and you decide before anything is built.
What to write down
- What the work is, in one sentence. For example: we quote each job by hand from three spreadsheets.
- Who does it, and how often.
- Where it goes wrong: late, wrong, lost, or dependent on one person.
- Which tools it touches today.
- What would be different if it worked.
What you should get back
- A plan in plain language: the problem, the fix, what it includes and how long it takes.
- A written price that gives the reason for each line.
- A list of what is still unconfirmed.
- A way to say no at each step, before more money is spent.
Words you can leave out
You do not need to say API, database or integration. Translating a business problem into those terms is the builder's job. If a builder cannot work from your description, that tells you something about the builder.
How it works at LOJIK
On the site you answer a few questions about one task as it works today, and your plan fills in as you go. You can change any answer before you save it. A person at LOJIK reads the plan and sends your price. It takes about 3 minutes on screen, and the price and scope come to you in writing.
When LOJIK is not the right fit
LOJIK is probably not the right choice if:
- You want to build and manage the system yourself. A no-code tool will teach you faster.
- You have an idea but no recurring problem yet. Talk to a few customers before you pay for software.
- You want someone on a call to talk it through. LOJIK works in writing.
- The task happens once or twice a year. A checklist is cheaper than a system.
What working with LOJIK costs
Start with a free plan on screen. A person then sends a price set for your business, and nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
The plan: free
Describe the problem and the plan fills in as you answer: the fix, what it includes and how long it takes.
Workflow Review: USD 1,500
For when you are not sure what to fix. One week on one task, ending in a written recommendation: build the fix, change how the work is done instead, or stop. If you go ahead with the fix within 30 days, the full fee counts toward its price.
Sprint: from USD 5,000
A scoped, priced, finished system built around how your business works. A person sets the price after reading your plan and gives the reason for each line.
Operate (we run it for you): a monthly plan per live workflow
LOJIK keeps the finished system online, watched and fixed, with small changes included. Optional, and you can cancel any month.
Prices are in US dollars. Companies in Mexico pay IVA on top.

Questions
What if I do not know what software would fix it?
You do not need to. The plan starts from the problem, not the software. If the fix is not clear, the Workflow Review exists for that.
Do I need to know which technology to use?
No. Choosing the tools is part of the work, and the plan says what gets built and what it connects to.
Is it safe to describe my business problem?
Share how the work happens and where it gets stuck. Leave out passwords, account numbers, government IDs and personal details that are not needed.
How much does LOJIK cost?
The plan is free. A Workflow Review is USD 1,500, and the full fee counts toward the fix if you go ahead within 30 days. A Sprint starts at USD 5,000. Operate, where LOJIK runs the system for you, is a monthly plan per live workflow. A person sets the final price for your business, and you approve it in writing before anything starts.
